EV Chargers
IKEA Halifax has four EV chargers located near the entrance. Sign up for easy access. Please note that as of February 3, 2025, there will be 2 hours of free EV charging, with a $5.00/hour fee beginning in the third hour of use, for all customers.

Hybrid parking
IKEA Halifax has designated hybrid parking spaces located near the entrance.

CarShare
There are two designated parking spots located between the entrance and exit for Carshare preferred parking.

Bike racks
Covered bike racks, located near the store entrance. IKEA Halifax also has an emergency bike kit (Chain lube, levers, patches, pump, and multi-tool) available upon request.

You can connect to the internet using your laptop or mobile device quickly and easily. While visiting our stores you can now enhance your in-store experience by downloading the IKEA app.

Here’s how you do it:

Step 1: Choose ‘Click and collect’ at checkout and you will be able to select an IKEA Store or a nearby Pick-up location, operated by a third-party partner.

Step 2: Wait until you receive the “Ready for pickup” email before heading to the store.

Step 3: Follow the instructions in the email and proceed to your selected store or Pick-up location. Pick-up processes may vary from location to location. Further direction will be communicated upon arrival.

Express return:

Register your return ahead of time to use our Express return lane when returning items. Returns are subject to our returns policy and do not guarantee acceptance. 

Looking for replacement hardware?

Are you missing bolts, pegs, or other hardware parts to assemble IKEA products? Request free replacement parts online and they will be delivered to your home or business at no cost via Canada Post within 7 business days.

Once your order is ready, we'll send you a "Ready for pickup" email with everything you need to collect it. Please wait for this confirmation before coming to the store. Store pickup orders can be collected from the Click & collect area close to the customer exit, next to Exchanges & Returns. If you chose Pick-up Lockers during checkout, simply use the access details in your email to retrieve your order from the outdoor lockers at a time that's convenient for you. Most new, unused items can be returned within 365 days when you have proof of purchase. If an item has been opened, it can typically be returned within 90 days, as long as it's in resalable condition. Some products have different return policies or aren't eligible for return, including mattresses, plants, cut fabric, and custom countertops.
