By connecting this product to DIRIGERA hub, you get more out of it and can also control it, together with other smart products, in the IKEA Home smart app.

Filters light and reduces reflections on TV and computer screens.

The blind comes pre-paired with the remote control and the signal repeater.

For the blinds wireless functions to work, the signal repeater (included in the package) needs to be plugged in to a power socket within 32 feet from the blind.

The blind is cordless for increased child safety.

BRAUNIT battery pack is the power source to your FYRTUR and KADRILJ roller blinds.

Home AssistantNicholasWorks really well with Home Assistant (HAOS) when paired to my zigbee network, pairing was a little frustrating but managed. Have been working well for years now.5
Clean modern design, zigbee difficult to work withPeterI bout a two 30" blinds for a large window and figured I'd integrate it with Hubitat ( zigbee and zwave hub) so that blinds could operate on a schedule. Pairing these blinds is a nightmare. I managed to reset the repeater, then by placing the end of the blind, the repeater and the remote within 12 inches of each other, managed to pair the remotes. Next day, I had to re-pair it again. The same problem with pairing to Hubitat -- except, it can only pair to a single device. This meant that Hub could control the blinds and see the battery levels, but the remotes stopping working directly with the blinds. If you pair the remotes again, the Hub is disconnected. I ended up, re-pairing with just the remotes and gave up on the automation. The battery indicator is weird. It could have used a label or bar graph instead of dark = charged and green = charging. IKEA needs to ditch the hieroglyphics and hire technical writers to explain the pairing. 3
Good quality and priceSylviaThe quality is comparable other brands which are at least three times the price. These blinds fully darken the room and are great for what I needed.5
Easy to install and connectChristopherI just finished to install 6 of them. The installation was easy, just take your time. The connection is straight forward and well detailed in the manual. One remote controls with no issue my 6 blinds. The box does not include screws or battery for the remote which was not an issue for me.5

The Wireless Technology Sucks!!!KimI really wanted to love these blinds, but they are such a hassle to connect wireless. I kept it for 2mths. The initial setup was confusing. I had to fully read the instructions as the Ikea "picture only" guide was useless. So I got the hange of it. Worked well for about 3wks then just disconnected from the remote...no reason. The blinds still go up and down when pushing the button on the blinds themselves but not the remote. Reconnected and worked again. Repeated this again about 2wks after...no reason disconnect. Needed to charge the battery, and then that was it. No matter what I did they would not reconnect. I love the look of these blinds but why keep +$600 worth of blinds if the wireless feature doesn't work. Just as other reviewers commented, the technology sucks!!!! I went with the manual ones instead. 1
Really love itTaniaOverall really good product. The only thing that is a bit annoying, is that it's incredibly delicate - if you touch one it's not level, and when it's in the kid's room, it happens all the time.4
