Dvala sheets not colour fast. Sheets lose dye on regular washing.MichelleI purchased Dvala grey sheets in 2024, and attempted to return them within a year. I asked for a return because they lost their colour when scrubbed with regular detergent on a stain. The sheet faded all the way to white! This was their first washing.
I was denied a return because the product had been opened (otherwise I wouldn't have known they would lose colour).
I live 2 hours from the closest IKEA. Environmentally and cost-wise, it was not sustainable for me to drive 4 hours to return sheets.
However, IKEA should stand by basic quality control issues when items are defective, beyond 90 days.1
