Parking lot entry routes
Entrance and exit to IKEA Ottawa via Iris St. or Baxter Rd.
Loading zone
Designated loading and unloading zone with a 15-minute time limit, located near the store entrance and covered parking lot.
Electrical vehicle (EV) chargers
There are 8 EV chargers available in the covered parking lot. Please note that as of February 3, 2025, there will be 2 hours of free EV charging, with a $5.00/hour fee beginning in the third hour of use, for all co-workers and customers. Visit ChargePoint – Station Map for availability.
Bike Racks
Covered bike racks are available, located in the covered parking lot.

Click and collect service is available at your local IKEA store or select pick-up locations
Our new Click and collect building is now open. Located under the IKEA covered parking by the Exit doors.
Here’s how you do it:
Step 1: Choose ‘Click and collect’ at checkout and you will be able to select IKEA Ottawa as your store.
Step 2: Wait until you receive the “Ready for pickup” email before heading to the store at your selected timeframe.
Step 3: Follow the instructions in the email and proceed to the store at your selected timeframe. Further direction will be communicated upon arrival.
Before visiting the store, please check your Click and collect pick-up date and timeframe, and please adhere to your selected time.
Click and collect pick-up instructions:
Step 1: Once your order is complete, wait until you receive the "Ready for pickup" email before heading to the store.
Step 2: Once you arrive at the store, follow the signs to the Click and collect lounge. If there is a line, please line up accordingly.
Step 3: Please have your confirmation email visible and a valid piece of photo ID, such as a drivers license.

*Overheight vehicles may park in the uncovered parking area by the Exit doors.
