Parking lot entry routes
Entrance and exit to IKEA Ottawa via Iris St. or Baxter Rd.

Loading zone
Designated loading and unloading zone with a 15-minute time limit, located near the store entrance and covered parking lot.

Electrical vehicle (EV) chargers
There are 8 EV chargers available in the covered parking lot. Please note that as of February 3, 2025, there will be 2 hours of free EV charging, with a $5.00/hour fee beginning in the third hour of use, for all co-workers and customers. Visit ChargePoint – Station Map for availability.

Bike Racks
Covered bike racks are available, located in the covered parking lot.

Public transit
Access via OC Transpo transit line routes 81 and 82. Use OC Transpo Travel Planner.

Mobility scooters and wheelchairs available at the second floor entrance. Please see a coworker in the Småland play area for assistance.

Here’s how you do it:

Step 1: Choose ‘Click and collect’ at checkout and you will be able to select an IKEA Store or a nearby Pick-up location, operated by a third-party partner.

Step 2: Wait until you receive the “Ready for pickup” email before heading to the store.

Step 3: Follow the instructions in the email and proceed to your selected store or Pick-up location. Pick-up processes may vary from location to location. Further direction will be communicated upon arrival.

Express return:

Register your return ahead of time to use our Express return lane when returning items. Returns are subject to our returns policy and do not guarantee acceptance. 

Looking for replacement hardware?

Are you missing bolts, pegs, or other hardware parts to assemble IKEA products? Request free replacement parts online and they will be delivered to your home or business at no cost via Canada Post within 7 business days.

The Customer Service / Exchanges & Returns area is located on the ground floor, beside the main entrance and checkout area. To make your visit even easier, you can book a return appointment, join the virtual line, or register your return in advance for Express Returns before you arrive.

The Market Hall is located on the second floor, immediately after you exit the Showroom. You can also access it from the second-floor entrance beside the SMÅLAND play area. This self-serve home furnishings area is filled with everyday essentials, including kitchenware and tableware, home décor, bedding and bath textiles, lighting, storage and organization solutions, and much more.

Yes. Basket carts are available at the second-floor entrance and can be taken by elevator to the third-floor Showroom if needed. To make shopping easier, yellow shopping bags are available throughout the Showroom for smaller items. For larger purchases, you'll find basket carts at the entrance to the Market Hall and flat carts in the Self-Serve Warehouse, both located on the second floor.
