Love this cabinetJeanneI REALLY like this cabinet. It looks great, displays my collection perfectly. The assembly instructions are difficult to work with and wasted a lot of time. Instead of pointing out a slight difference they try to do it solely by pictures just add words like “make sure ….” . Aside from “not the easiest instructions”, you will be really glad to own this.5

I love the glass and metal design - modern, not heavy visually, good amount of display area. I painted the piece red, and it is a highlight in my space. Excellent price. The hinges are attached to the glass by tiny screws that could become unhinged or broken. Assembly instructions need to better explain how to attach the front and back.4

Material

What is glass?

Glass is mainly made of sand, soda, and lime melted at a high temperature. Tempering or various additives gives you extra-strong and impact-resistant glass that in some cases can be taken straight from freezer to oven without cracking. A big benefit is how glass can be recycled over and over without the quality deteriorating. Also, a lot less energy is needed to melt recycled glass compared to new raw materials. Our goal is to eventually use only recycled glass in our range.
