We want a second one, but can the door hinge be installed on either side, or only on the right side? We are hoping to set up a symmetrical condition so the doors on the new cabinet would hinge on the left.5

Not sure why so many people complain of difficulties in assembling Idea products, this was very easy, did it alone and in about 90 minutes, taking my time. Everything fit as it should, went together without a hitch. I use this for display of 1/24 scale model cars and it's perfect for that with it's "industrial" look. I would recommend this to anyone.5

Fabrikor cabinetReidI was pleased to find out the tall Fabrikor wasn't discontinued. But it wasn't at any stores in California, so I had to get it shipped, which costs extra, but it came quickly. It's not simple to put together, but not too difficult either, and it feels sturdy. But mainly I love the look of this cabinet. I added some LED lights as well. I'm very happy.5

The adjustable glass shelves and glass sides keep my little babies safe, but 100% allow them to shine in the sunlight!5

Material

What is glass?

Glass is mainly made of sand, soda, and lime melted at a high temperature. Tempering or various additives gives you extra-strong and impact-resistant glass that in some cases can be taken straight from freezer to oven without cracking. A big benefit is how glass can be recycled over and over without the quality deteriorating. Also, a lot less energy is needed to melt recycled glass compared to new raw materials. Our goal is to eventually use only recycled glass in our range.

"When I designed FABRIKÖR glass-door cabinet I was inspired by industrial furniture from the early 20th century, especially the so-called medical cabinets, where medicine and medical supplies were kept. It’s a piece of furniture that’s robust, sturdy and breathes quality – and its soft, rounded corners also make it beautiful. Since the cabinet has glass on all sides, it's perfect for displaying your favorite things. It works just as well as a glass-door cabinet in the living room as for storing beautiful handbags or jewelry in the bedroom."
