Perfect GreenhouseKristinI have been eyeing this Fabrikor cabinet for years now and finally purchased it to build out my own greenhouse. It is absolutely perfect and fits my space and plants nicely. It is sturdy and was extremely easy to put together.
Just what we wantedLynnLove the color and look of this cabinet! We ordered two, one for each side of the room. They're sturdy and allow room underneath for vents. The grey/green color went well in our space. Like others, I would have preferred the option to order an additional shelf. Also, we would have preferred a handle rather than a key opener since the key is universal and won't protect from theft. We used the Task Rabbit service to have the cabinets put together, which turned out to be wise for us. We've had several people comment how much they like these cabinets. Very happy with this purchase!

unsecure lockingKimWe now have two of these and love the unit overall, however it has come to our attention that the key from one will open any other which renders it useless as a secure display. Also, there is no visible way to remove the lock to upgrade it. Would love info to remove what appears to be pressed on latch. Thanks
I have waited for 3 years for This!AnonymousI finally made it over a few states to purchase this display case. It is perfect. It houses my crystals and prized & autographed, music memorabilia perfectly. I will be using magnetic, rechargeable, LED bars inside the top of the cabinet for lighting. I love it! Assembly used minimal colorful language. Be sure you have the bottom crossbars the correct way before tightening.

Beautiful cabinet for curiosities PatriciaI bought one as a gift for the Naturalist in the family to display rocks, bones and fossils. It really elevates the collection. Please make an additional shelf available for purchase. The space between the shelves allows for a third shelf easily and it is a fuss to have one custom cut.
Glass side panel spontaneously shatteredCarlyLoved this cabinet until today when one of the sides of the cabinet just basically exploded and broke into a million pieces. Thankfully I was in the other room and no one was hurt, but I now have 1 side completely missing the glass, and hours of clean up. I hope ikea will consider maybe using different glass so others don't have the same unfortunate experience
Been trying to get this cabinet for 4 years!RussI love the cabinet - was going to purchase it and then found it was unavailable when I went to buy it. Then with the pandemic and everything else it just was impossible to find. Now that I have it, it's great! A great display cabinet, which had just the look I was looking for. Because it's metal, it's just a tiny bit off on the doors, but I wouldn't notice unless I was really looking for it.

What is glass?
Glass is mainly made of sand, soda, and lime melted at a high temperature. Tempering or various additives gives you extra-strong and impact-resistant glass that in some cases can be taken straight from freezer to oven without cracking. A big benefit is how glass can be recycled over and over without the quality deteriorating. Also, a lot less energy is needed to melt recycled glass compared to new raw materials. Our goal is to eventually use only recycled glass in our range.
