Payment options

You can pay in the store in different ways. At the self-scan checkouts, you can pay with cash* or a debit or credit card. You can also pay with an IKEA gift or credit card. It is not possible to pay in installments.

• We accept a maximum of 200,- notes  
• At the checkouts, you can see which banknotes you can pay with. We accept a maximum of 3,000,- in cash per transaction.

Lost and found

Did you lose something? We are happy to help you find it. All items we find are placed on the iLost website. You can check whether your item has been found via the link below.

Accessibility

Our store is fully accessible for wheelchairs and mobility scooters. The aisles are wide and there are special disabled parking spaces near the entrance. There are also wheelchair toilets and the possibility to borrow a wheelchair at the entrance of the store.

By public transport to IKEA Amsterdam

Take metro 50 or 54 towards Gein, and get off at the Bullewijk stop. (get off on the side of the Bullewijkpad).

You can also go by bike

Come to IKEA Amsterdam by bike, it will take you about 30 minutes from the centre of Amsterdam.

You are also welcome by car

We have charging points for your electric car in the parking garage.
