Temperature

Some like it hot. Some like it cool. Some like it somewhere in-between.

What matters most is the sleep temperature that’s best for you, because being too hot or too cold is a big reason why people wake up on the wrong side of the bed. Going from grumpy to comfy is all about choosing bedding made from the right materials (cotton or linen?) and with the right temperature grade (extra warm or light warm?). Here are some options for finding bedding for your unique sleep temperature needs.

Curtains and temperature

Blackout curtains are every sleepyhead's best friend. Because they not only block outside lighting, but when you combine curtains you can also regulate the temperature more easily. Plus, they're a great way to show off your style. Are you going for a calm color or a nice pattern?
