Product details
When seasoned properly, the carbon steel pan develops a dark non-stick surface, making it great for cooking tasty food without sticking. And it only gets better the more the pan is used.
Works well on all types of hobs, including induction hob.
Can also be used in the oven since it is made entirely of metal.
Made from carbon steel, which spreads heat evenly, keeps the pan warm for a long time, and gives food an even browning.
The dark-grey sloping handle provides good balance when lifting and moving the frying pan.
The design of the handles reduces heat transfer.
You can use all types of utensils when cooking in the frying pans, including metal utensils.
15 year guarantee. Read about the terms in the guarantee brochure.

Reviews
Great if you know how to use itTimPicked one up on a whim because it is so cheap, and it works like a dream and looks great too. You just need to know (or learn) how to cook on carbon steel and how to take care of it, if you treat it like a nonstick pan it's not going to work (hence many of them negative reviews). So do some research on how to season and cook with carbon steel, and this pan is fantastic! Note that I did not fully follow the seasoning guide in the instructions, because that asked to use way too much oil. I followed an online guide using an extremely thin layer of oil and that worked well for me. Also, it gets better as you use it, so just keep cooking!5
