It comes in such a big box, and it's too heavy for 1 personAnonymous reviewerAs a small person who loves to buy things from Ikea that I know I can carry home myself, this was a shock to me. It came in a huge box that I can fit in and barely fit the back of my SUV.
While the product itself is nice, I don't agree with how it was packaged because I expected a flat pack to be able to carry this home by myself.
I appreciate that it's pre-made but it defeats the purpose of Ikea's flat pack culture. Maybe you can take out a few pieces that can be removable? I really love the product but it's been a few weeks and since I live alone, I cannot carry it to my 2nd floor office where I wanted it to be.4
