You can order smaller spare parts such as screws, knobs or plugs at no cost using our self-service. Spare parts will be delivered directly to your home address in approximately 7 to 10 business days.
Order bigger spare parts
We have many furniture spare parts available for purchase. Please note: Stock may be limited. If we need to reorder the parts and it is not covered under warranty, there may be a charge for this. You can ask about them at your IKEA store or by contacting our customer service centre.

Spare parts for professional service providers
If you are a professional appliance service or maintenance supplier and need parts to repair an IKEA appliance, replacement and spare parts can be ordered through our authorized partner, ASWO (ASWO International Service GmbH).

IKEA Appliances guarantee
You receive a standard 5-year guarantee on all IKEA appliances, TILLREDA and LAGAN excluded. Order spare parts through the supplier if your appliances still qualify.
