How can I order my design from the online planner?

Are you ready to order your dream design? Place your products out of your shopping list into your shopping cart. Once the products are placed into the cart you can order them. Your dream design just became a reality!

Would you prefer to collect your products from the store. Then print out your shopping list and bring it with you to your favourite IKEA store. 

Have you used the kitchen planner to design your kitchen and do you now want to order it with the support of a specialist? Then have one of our co-workers check your design or plan an online planning appointment with an expert via our website. Our kitchen specialists are ready to help you check your design and order it for you.

  • Which products can I order online?

    When you see the blue ‘Add to shopping bag’ button, that means the product is available to order online. Beneath this you will see whether it is available for delivery and the availability is the stores. Is the product not available for delivery? Then you can order it online via Click & Collect and arrange to pick it up at the store.

  • Can I get an invoice for my purchase?

    For every purchase, you will receive a VAT invoice, except for online ordered gift cards. We are also happy to provide you with a pro forma invoice, for example for a construction deposit.

  • What are the conditions for paying in instalments via Oney?

    You can choose Oney if your order is between €35 and €3000. You can also pay for services you buy online via Oney. At the checkout in our stores and in our app, you cannot choose Oney.
