How can I find my planning code?
When using the majority of our online planning tools, you will find your specific design code at the end of the page, after clicking on 'Finalize'.
Do you use one of our online planners? In most cases, you can click the menu button (also known as the hamburger menu), then choose ‘Share’ or ‘Share design’, and finally click ‘Get design code’. This code lets you reopen your design later or share it with others.
Note: The exact steps may vary depending on the planner. Sometimes you'll find the code under buttons like ‘Overview’, ‘Save for later’, or at the bottom of the product list. Some planners give you a link instead of a code, and in a few cases, the design ID is also part of the URL.
Are you logged in as an IKEA Family member while designing? Many of our planners offer the option to save your design to your account.
Good to know: Every time you make changes to your design, the design code will change. So make sure to always save the most recent version.
