How do I order a custom worktop or wall panel at IKEA?
Our Kitchen Specialists are happy to help you with that! For custom-made items, it is of course extra important that everything is right down to the last detail. The order will therefore always be placed for you by an IKEA employee.
You can do this in these ways:
- Make your own design
Design your kitchen yourself in our online kitchen planner and then submit your design for a free check by an IKEA Kitchen Specialist. Once your design has been checked, we will contact you as soon as possible; at the latest within 3 days.
- Make a kitchen plan appointment
Would you rather make the design together with an IKEA Kitchen Specialist? Then please book a kitchen plan appointment. This can be done online or in one of our stores. The appointment costs € 49.99, but you will receive this amount back as a discount when buying a kitchen from € 500.-.
Do you only want to order a separate custom-made top and/or rear wall?
Our Kitchen Specialists help you with the design and ensure that your custom worktop or rear wall is ordered completely according to your wishes. Book a free appointment
