What do I need to prepare for the online schedule appointment?

We ask you, among other things, to have a floor plan with exact measurements, photos of the room, and to think about your desired style. Have you already started designing in one of our planners? Then you can respond to the reminder email you received with the project number.

In the e-mail confirmation you can find the information you need to gather for the appointment to be fully prepared.

Grab a nice cup of coffee or tea and make sure you are ready at the time of the appointment. We will call you on the phone number you provide. Please note that we will call you with an anonymous telephone number. At the start of the appointment, we would like to hear what you would like advice about. 

For the appointment we use Microsoft Teams. You can open this on your computer via the browser (preference for Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge). Do you prefer your phone or tablet? Then you can use Microsoft Teams by downloading the application.
