What about the Teflon coating IKEA uses for pans?
A Teflon coating is used as a non-stick coating in a pan. This coating is suitable for everyday use.
To help maintain the non-stick coating, we recommend that you:
- always use wooden or plastic spatulas or other suitable kitchen utensils;
- grease the pan with oil or butter when using it;
- wash the pan by hand.
