Can I get a refund if I unpack or assemble it?

If the product is defective, or you're not totally satisfied, you can return your products within 365 days with the receipt. You can return even if you assembled it, as long as it's in unused and re-saleable condition.
* If the returns criteria are not fully met, or depending on the condition of the product, we may refuse the return or offer an exchange or gift card. 

You can request a collection service at IKEA Customer Support Center if it is difficult to visit the store for return.The return cost is the same as the shipping cost,
Please take a picture or video of the problem then contact the IKEA Customer Service Center. We will send you a replacement or return after confirming the defect with the photo/video you sent.
