Order number (receipt number) and product information are required for consultation. If there is a problem with the product you purchased, please take a picture of the product. We can proceed the consultation faster.
2. When do you open and close?
10:00 ~ 22:00 (Closed on Lunar New Year and Chuseok)
4. Can I check stocks available?
You can check whether certain product is available at store by searching for the product on our web.
For online orders, purchasing menu is deactivated if the product is out of stock.
5. I have lost my belongings.
Please find 'Return and Exchange' if you are in store.
