After purchasing the product at the store, the product was damaged during self transportation / assembly. Can I get help?
IKEA Korea offers free exchange service within 14 days from the purchase date when product damage occurs during transportation/assembly. Please note that the exchange service applies only if your credit card number is shown inside the receipt read from the barcode on your IKEA Family card.
If there is no stock available for the product, we will refund the same amount through IKEA gift card.
* This service does not apply to online purchases.
