Regardless of the purchase price, you can easily ship IKEA furniture online or offline at a lighter price.
- ￦29,000 for delivery to Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon, and Busan (Except for some Gyeonggi areas: Yeoju, Yangpyeong, Gapyeong, Anseong, Icheon, Yeoncheon, Pocheon)
- ￦39,000 for delivery to all regions except base rate areas (excluding Jeju Island, delivery fee for furniture in Jeju Island: 150,000)
* You can order up to 5㎥ (about two and a half double-door refrigerators) at this rate.
* Buildings on the 4th floor or higher without elevators require ladder car service (₩ 90,000). Please apply through the IKEA Customer Support Center (1670-4532) within 24 hours of applying for delivery.
If you want to ship at a lower price

If you want to receive IKEA products purchased online at a low shipping cost, you can pick up your order directly at the nearest pick-up point.
If you need only small items
Even lower starting from ￦3,000
Orders weighing 25 kg or less than 140 cm in maximum length can be sent at a parcel fee starting at ￦3,000.

* If you ship to some inland areas and Jeju Island, you will receive an additional 3,000 won for island and mountain. Please check the detailed amount at the payment stage.

It is a service that IKEA co-worker picks up to 20 products. You can receive the picked-up product at each store's 'Pick-up area'.
Store parcel delivery

Small props can be applied for delivery at the store.

Sum of horizontal, vertical, and height of the order 100cm / Weight: Less than 2kg
5,000 won:
Sum of horizontal, vertical, and height of the order 145cm / Weight: Less than 25kg
8,000 won:
Sum of horizontal, vertical, and height of the order 220cm / Weight: Less than 25kg
- Extra delivery fee of 3,000 won will apply to parts of inland area and Jeju Island
Store truck delivery
Base rate ￦29,000 ~ ￦39,000
When you ship furniture from the store, you can ship it to the desired location by paying only the shipping fee without adding 9,000 for the pickup service.
- Delivery service cannot merge store orders with online orders.
- For over 5 CBM, big volume delivery price will apply based on actual purchased volume.
- Exchange and return shipping costs due to change a mind are also subject to normal shipping rates.( KRW 29,000 for Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon, and Busan (excluding some Gyeonggi regions: Yeoju, Yangpyeong, Gapyeong, Anseong, Icheon, Yeoncheon, Pocheon), and all other regions is 39,000 won (Jeju Island 150,000 won)
- Parcel return shipping fee due to change a mind vary from 3,000 won to 8,000 won depending on the weight, size, and number of the purchased product.-From 1st Jan 2021, Return shipping fee of 29,000 won will be charged after product has been dispatched. (You will get a refund after deducting 29,000 KRW from Delivery fee.)
- Live plants, Food and assorted articles, etc. are ineligible for picking with delivery.
- If you miss your delivery on the scheduled delivery date and time, additional fees may apply.
- IKEA delivery service is available nationwide except for some island areas.
- Parcel delivery fee varies from 3,000 won to 8,000 won depending on the weight, size, and number of the purchased product.
- Parcel delivery service will change to Truck delivery service with prior notice if the product does not fit the delivery standard.
- Please check designated delivery day availability.
- We deliver up to 3rd floor without an elevator. For higher floor levels, please contact us at 1670-4532 to order ladder truck service within 24 hours from your purchase.
