Can I return & exchage a mattress?

If you are still not satisfied with the product after about 90 days of adaptation, please bring proof of purchase and the mattress to the store. We will issue a refund card for one-time exchange for another mattress.

- If you are exchanging for a higher priced mattress, you only need to pay the difference between the original product receipt and the price of the selected replacement product.
- If the price of the replacement mattress is lower, the IKEA refund card will be issued for future purchase.
- Applies to all new mattress, not to bed bases, slatted bed bases and mattress pads.
- Mattresses that are dirty or heavily soiled cannot be replaced.

* In order to prevent further damage to the mattress, it is repackaged in a plastic pack and collected then proceed exchange or return.

* We ask for your cooperation so that IKEA partner staff can visit and return it in repackaged condition.

* When returning to the store, you can save the sustainable earth and environment by receiving a repackaging plastic pack in advance at the exchange & refund corner in the store and packaging it for exchange or return! Damaged or contaminated products may not allow exchange or return.
