Visit any of these stores: IKEA L’Hospitalet, IKEA Badalona or IKEA Sabadell. There you can park comfortably, use a flat trolley from the car park and take the product to the customer service returns desk.
• Return of small orders
If your order fits in one of our blue FRAKTA bags, you can return it at your nearest post office. The service costs €1 and you won’t need to travel to the store.
