Terms of the 10% discount on all purchases
From 00:00 on 24 September 2026 until 23:59 on 27 September 2026, both dates inclusive, IKEA Family members and members of the IKEA Business Network will be entitled to a direct ten percent (10%) discount on purchases over €100, applicable to the recommended retail price (RRP) on all products in IKEA stores in Catalonia: Badalona, L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, Sabadell, Glòries, Diagonal, Girona, Granollers and Sant Pere de Ribes.
The promotion applies to in-store purchases made at all stores in Catalonia, as well as through the website, app and phone number 900 400 922. On September 24, the IKEA L’Hospitalet, Diagonal and Glòries stores will remain closed due to a local public holiday. Therefore, the promotion will be available exclusively through the website, app and phone number 900 400 922, as well as at the rest of IKEA’s stores in Catalonia. On Sunday, September 27, the promotion will be available exclusively through the website and app.
To receive the discount in store, you must present your IKEA Family card or identify yourself with your IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network membership number at the time of payment.
The promotion is also valid for online purchases and distance sales only for IKEA Family and IKEA Business Network members who have any of the aforementioned IKEA stores in Catalonia set as their preferred store and whose delivery address is within the territory of Catalonia. Online purchases can be made via the IKEA website or the official IKEA app. Remote telephone sales are also available by calling 900 400 922. For online purchases or telephone orders you must sign in to your member account and identify yourself with your membership number when paying or when placing the order by phone. The discount will be applied using a coupon code that must be entered in the “Use a discount code” field at checkout; for telephone orders, the agent will apply the discount when taking the order.
Excluded from the promotion are the Swedish Restaurant services, the Swedish Shop, gift cards, items from the Circular Market and products already on offer. The promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions or special prices and is limited to one use per member during the promotional period.In the event of a return of items purchased under this promotion, the customer will be refunded the amount actually paid for those items. If part of a purchase that benefited from the discount is returned, the refund will be prorated in accordance with IKEA’s Returns Policy. September Visa Card Promotion – Only at IKEA Badalona and IKEA Gran Via L’Hospitalet
From September 14, 2026, to October 10, 2026, both dates inclusive, customers who apply for a new IKEA Visa card and meet the following requirements will receive a €25 discount in the form of an IKEA Gift Card, which may be deducted from the purchase made on that same day:
- They must apply for an IKEA Visa card and have it approved and granted by CaixaBank.
- On the same day the card is issued, they must make a first and single purchase —at the same store where the IKEA Visa card is granted— for a minimum amount of €100 and a maximum amount of €999, as this will be considered a cash-payment transaction.
The IKEA Gift Card will be issued at the IKEA BADALONA and IKEA GRAN VIA stores, at the checkout area and by IKEA staff, for use on that purchase. The customer must sign the corresponding receipt.Only one discount will be granted per cardholder and per newly issued IKEA Visa card, provided that the cardholder proves the card’s issuance and issuance date. To do so, the customer must present the blister pack containing their new IKEA Visa card and hand in, at the checkout area, the A7 form provided when the card was issued, duly completed with the relevant details.The €25 deduction will apply to one single purchase of more than €100 and less than €999, made at the same store and solely and exclusively on the same date on which the IKEA Visa card was issued, following its prior approval and granting by CaixaBank.The IKEA Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash. It may only be redeemed at the checkout area of the IKEA stores indicated above. The promotion and the Gift Card are not valid for, and may not be used to purchase, services —including transport, assembly or installation—, or products at the restaurant or Swedish Food Market.

Terms and Conditions of the 10% Discount on Home Office Products for Purchases Over €100
From 26 August 2026 to 2 October 2026, both dates inclusive, IKEA Family members and IKEA for Business Network members will be entitled to a direct ten percent (10%) discount, applied to the retail price (RRP), on purchases over one hundred euros (€100) of Home Office products.
This promotion is valid for in-store purchases at IKEA stores in Catalonia, as well as for purchases made through the website, the App, and remote purchases from Catalonia. To benefit from the discount, customers must identify themselves using their IKEA Family or IKEA for Business Network membership number. This promotion does not apply to services, the Swedish Restaurant, or the Swedish Food Market. This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
In the event of a return of items purchased under this promotion that results in a refund, the customer will be refunded the amount actually paid for those items. Any return of products purchased under this promotion will be subject to IKEA's Returns Policy.
Legal conditions: 5% discount with the IKEA App
Valid only on Wednesdays, September 9, 16, 23 and 30 during store opening hours, for purchases of a minimum amount of €25 made using the Scan and Go function in the IKEA app, with items picked up directly in IKEA stores in Catalonia, except IKEA Badalona. The discount is applied automatically at checkout when scanning the same QR code used for the purchase. Not applicable in the Swedish Food Market, Swedish Restaurant, or Swedish Bistro, and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. Limited to one purchase per member.
Conditions for Free Parking at IKEA Granollers with a Prior Appointment
From September 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027, IKEA Granollers customers can enjoy free parking at Pàrquing El Sot, located at Plaça Josep Barangé Bachs, 08402 Granollers, Barcelona, provided they have booked a planning appointment in advance in any of the following areas: Kitchens, Bedrooms, Living Rooms, Storage Systems, Bathrooms, or Children’s/Youth Bedrooms.
The promotion applies only to customers residing outside of Granollers. It is not available for residents with postal codes 08401, 08402, 08403, and 08521. After the planning appointment, a ticket corresponding to the agreed duration will be provided. If a purchase is made as a result of the service, the ticket will be issued after the purchase. The promotion is valid exclusively at IKEA Granollers and Pàrquing El Sot. IKEA reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.

What valuation will I receive for my furniture?
After receiving the photos of the products to ensure they can be accepted as Second Life articles, you will receive a valuation of 30% of the selling price of each item.
Collection conditions
Collection from the customer’s home will be free of charge. Our staff will be responsible for collecting the furniture. You only need to make sure that the furniture is properly packed and that its dimensions allow removal through the doorway, lift, or stairs. If the dimensions of the furniture do not allow correct removal, it must be disassembled to facilitate the service. The furniture to be collected must fit through the main door of the home and through the stairs or lift, if applicable.
Refund card conditions
Once we receive the furniture, we will send you the refund card with the amount previously agreed upon in the purchase contract. The refund card has no expiration date and can be used for any of your IKEA purchases, whether in-store, on the website, or in the app.
