At IKEA, you have 365 days to change your mind
We make it easy for you. You have 365 days to exchange or return items you have bought, whether they are opened, unopened or even assembled. You can return your purchases at any IKEA store, even if you bought them at a different IKEA store or at IKEA.es.
Always remember to bring your purchase receipt.

Making a return at an IKEA store
Head to the customer service desk if you'd like to exchange a product in one of our stores. You'll need your receipt to do this.
Parcel returns at Correos
Can't get to an IKEA store? You can also return smaller IKEA products at Correos. Terms and conditions:
- All products being returned must be part of the same order or on the same receipt.
- The total weight of the package must not exceed 25 kg.
- The size of the packaging must not exceed the maximum dimensions (78.5 cm x 55 cm x 39 cm)
- The cost of this service is EUR 1.
Home Pickup Return
If you have placed an order with delivery and wish to return the products, contact us
We will guide you through the steps and send a carrier to the address of your choice to handle the return to the store.*
The cost of collection is:
- EUR 3 if you received your delivery through a parcel service delivered to you (except for already unpacked mattresses).
- EUR 39 for all other deliveries.
*Applicable only to orders originally delivered to your home and orders placed in mainland Spain.
Cancel an order
For orders that have not yet been dispatched, you can cancel through the Track my order page. If you are unable to cancel, please contact our customer service team.
Right to cancel orders placed online or by phone: remember that you have 14 days from receipt of your order to cancel it for any products bought online or by phone. You will be fully refunded for the cost of the items and the delivery charges. Find out more in the online ordering terms and conditions.
