How can I get information from your IKEA stores?

Come to your store and enjoy the experience.

Select your IKEA store or pick-up point to see all the information about opening hours, directions and what's new at your nearest store. You will also find information about our restaurant and Swedish grocery store.


Free parking is available at IKEA. Special parking spaces are available for the disabled and families. There is also a loading area by the exit door to facilitate your shopping.


In our parking lot you will find special parking spaces near the entrance reserved for families. At the entrance of the store you will find our playroom, Småland, full of exciting adventures for the little ones, if you want to know more click here. If you prefer to be together, you can use the toddler strollers. Throughout the tour you will find play areas so that while you choose and taste your products, they have fun.


Our restaurant is specially designed for children. You can find from special offers to baby food, high chairs, bibs, microwaves... and another play area for them. You also have at your disposal a breastfeeding and diaper changing room. All these services and facilities are free of charge, so if your visit takes longer, you don't have to worry.

 

All IKEA shops have parking spaces for disabled visitors, as well as automatic doors at the entrance. Inside the shop, wheelchairs are available for loan at the shop entrance, there is a lift, handicapped-accessible toilets and ramps.

We also offer lockers where you can leave your belongings if you want to walk through our aisles at your leisure and focus on ideas on how to fill your home with the best Swedish inspiration.

From 27 April 2022, pets will be allowed in our IKEA shops (shops, designer stores, city shops, etc.). This is regulated by a by-law which you can read here.
