How can I use my IKEA Home Services gift card?

We have a promotion in the IKEA Home app, where you can receive a gift card equivalent to 10% of the value of the hired service (up to a maximum of 500 €), if the service has been booked and confirmed without cancellations, and the first service has been completed by 31 August 2026. *If you sign up for the service between November 10 and November 30, 2025, you will receive a gift card worth 25% of the value of the first service (instead of 10%).

You can use the gift card at:
  • If you make any purchase in one of our IKEA stores in the Iberian Peninsula, (not valid for stores in the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), you will be able to use the gift card when you go to checkout.
  • If you make an online purchase on IKEA.es/en or on our app, you will be able to use it during the checkout phase when selecting the payment method.
  • If you make a remote purchase with our team of specialists, you can contact us by chat or by phone at 900 400 922.
