What happens if my order is cancelled and has a reward from IKEA family applied?
In this situation a new reward, of the same type, will be generated for you to enjoy in your next purchase.
If you cancel an order after payment, you will receive a new reward voucher in your email account within 48 hours and you will be able to use that reward again within the next 30 days.
