Can I change or cancel a planning appointment?

We cannot change the date of a planning appointment, but you can cancel it and request a new one. Here's how to do it.

Due to privacy policy we cannot modify/cancel the appointment, but if you wish you can do it yourself. Here is the step-by-step procedure:

To reschedule or cancel the appointment, access the following link and add your email and order number.
Once inside you can see the data, date and time of the appointment, type of service among others. 
To reschedule you will see a calendar with the available appointments and the time. Select the one you prefer and click on the option ‘Reschedule now’. You will get a confirmation message, you can check the change in the option ‘Appointment details’ or ‘Add to calendar’.
To cancel the appointment, select the option ‘Cancel my appointment’. You can see the confirmation in the ‘Appointment details’.
