How it works:

Click on "Go to quiz" or scan the QR code shown in the IKEA store at the entrance to the furniture showroom or at our IKEA Plan and order points
Answer 5 out of 8 questions correctly. You will have 20 seconds in which to answer each question.
Once you have successfully completed the quiz, log into your IKEA Family profile or create a new one to be entered into the prize draw for the IKEA gift cards.
Ensure you have your address saved in your IKEA Family profile and that this up to date. Since the winners will be notified of their win by mail.

IKEA Family quiz: A win you could achieve in your sleepConditions of participation1. The organiser of the competition is IKEA AG, Müslistrasse 16, 8957 Spreitenbach, Switzerland (“IKEA”).

The competition will take place at IKEA stores, at Plan and order points and online from 6 to 31 October 2025.

The competition is open to all IKEA Family members in Switzerland aged 16 or over.

To take part in the competition, members will need to successfully complete the quiz (several attempts are allowed) and log in or register for an IKEA Family membership. For the prize draw, you will need to log in to your IKEA Family profile or register using a valid e-mail address. You can update your profile at any time at IKEA.ch/profile.

All participants will be entered into a prize draw in which 20 IKEA gift cards worth CHF 500, with a total value of CHF 10,000, will be raffled off after the competition has ended. The prize is only valid at IKEA Switzerland. Cannot be redeemed against services and IKEA gift cards. A maximum of one prize is permitted per IKEA Family member.

The winner(s) will be selected in a closed draw on 3 November 2025.

The prizes will be sent to the winners’ addresses in Switzerland by post within two weeks of the competition ending. For this to take place, the correct address must be saved in their IKEA Family profile. The prize will be forfeited if the IKEA gift card cannot be delivered. Prizes are not transferable.

By entering the competition, the participants agree to IKEA processing their personal data for the purposes of the competition. The participants additionally agree to IKEA contacting them once the competition has ended, by e-mail or by phone, and sending them information about products or services. Further information about the processing of participants’ personal data can be found in IKEA’s privacy policy.

No correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition. The organiser’s decision is final. There will be no recourse to the law. There will be no cash alternative for prizes. The prizes cannot be returned or exchanged.

This competition is subject exclusively to Swiss substantive law. The place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of IKEA AG (Spreitenbach AG).

Information we collect:

Personal Information: When you register for our quiz, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, contact number, and any other information you provide voluntarily.

Transaction Information: We collect information about your quiz entries, including the prizes you have won.

We use the information we collect to operate the quiz, manage your account, and communicate with you by post about your participation. Communication via post will be limited to matters related to the quiz and may be used to notify you if you win a prize. We may use aggregated and anonymized data for statistical analysis and improving our services.

We may share your personal information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating our quiz and providing services to you. Your information may be shared with legal authorities or other third parties when required by law or to protect our rights and interests.

The Participant may (i) request information from IKEA as to whether and which data IKEA has stored and receive copies of this data, (ii) request the correction, supplementation or deletion of his/her data that is incorrect or is not processed in accordance with the law, (iii) request IKEA to restrict the processing of his/her data, (iv) under certain circumstances object to the processing of his/her data, (v) request data that he/she has given to IKEA in a transferable format and (vi) lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
