The design for the new offices was adapted to the various activities:

A space to welcome clients
A large meeting room
Small meeting rooms / individual offices for working undisturbed and online meetings
A space for printers and organisation of office supplies
A kitchen with seating area

What needs had to be taken into account?

Our customers already had their own corporate identity and clear requirements when it came to the redesign

An understated and minimal furnishing concept that would fit in with the style of tech companies
A well-balanced design, high level of quality and comfort when it came to the furniture, while keeping to the budget at the same time
Offering employees a pleasant space where they can meet and get creative together, but where they are also able to work with focus
A small kitchen with a seating area where employees can take care of themselves with healthy snacks and enjoy their breaks

What challenges had to be overcome?

Many workspaces in a limited amount of space
Many different functions had to be taken into account
Glass walls made it trickier to work out the positioning of furniture
Problem-solving took place through work clusters, separation of functions, space-saving furniture, use of shelves as room dividers
