Tips for making better food choices

Mix it up

Choose coffee and chocolate with care

A product with the Rainforest Alliance (RFA) seal means that the certified ingredients are produced using methods that support the three pillars of sustainability: social, economic and environmental. For over 30 years, the Rainforest Alliance has been promoting responsible agriculture. By choosing certified products like coffee and chocolate, you're playing your part.

Get food from your home farm

If you buy your herbs from the supermarket and repot them in well-drained soil, then you won’t have to keep buying new herbs every time you make a meal. Not only is it convenient and a great way to maximise what you have, but it can also save waste and, potentially, money too.
