The IKEA delivery service will save you time and energy that you can spend doing what you want. No matter whether you’re ordering mugs online or a sofa in-store, you’ll pay the same affordable prices – since there are no hidden costs hiding behind a “free” delivery.

IKEA Family Club and IKEA Business Network offer

When you place an order worth CHF 80 or more, you’ll get parcel delivery free of charge. Normal price CHF 5.95.

Offer valid at IKEA Switzerland upon presentation of your Swiss IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network number.  No cash alternative is available. Cannot be combined with other offers.

Delivery options & prices

How quickly you will receive your purchase will depend on the order quantity, the delivery destination, the demands currently placed on our service partners, and the product availability. When placing your order online or in-store, you will be informed about the delivery options available, the estimated delivery time and the exact prices. A minimum order value of CHF 20.- applies to all delivery options.

Best value for money option

Curbside delivery

Our service partner delivers to the letterbox outside the building. You carry the goods to the final destination.

Prices:

  • Up to CHF 500.- goods value: CHF 59.95
  • From CHF 500.- goods value: CHF 79.95

Delivery time: 2 to 6 days

  • Prices valid for deliveries of up to 299 kg - Individual items up to a maximum of 30kg
  • A minimum order value of CHF 20.00 applies for curbside delivery.
  • Available up to 30 days in advance
  • Available in a limited delivery zone: automatically displayed in the order process if the address is in the zone
  • No combination with assembly and removal services.
  • No return of packaging possible for logistical reasons
  • Only valid in Switzerland

Most flexible option

Standard delivery 

Our service partner will deliver directly to a room of your choice.

Prices:

  • Up to CHF 750.- goods value: CHF 99.95
  • From CHF 750.- goods value: CHF 119.95

Delivery time: 2 to 10 days 

  • Prices valid for deliveries of up to 3,000 kg or 18m3; for deliveries of more than 3,000kg or 18m3, we will draw up a special quote.
  • A minimum order value of CHF 20.00 applies for standard delivery.
  • Additional costs apply to car-free locations, difficult access and special delivery requirements.
  • Bookable up to 90 days in advance for all products available in our central warehouse.
  • Can be combined with assembly and/or removal services. 

Affordable option for small orders

Parcel delivery 

Ideal for smaller orders of decorative items and accessories such as picture frames, coat hangers and textiles. 

Price: 5.95 CHF

  • Free of charge for IKEA Family Club members and IKEA Business Network customers when placing an order worth CHF 80 or more. 

Delivery time: approx. 2-6 days, Monday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.

  • Available for a total weight of up to max. 30 kg and a parcel size of max. 100cm x 60cm x 60cm
  • A minimum order value of CHF 20.00 applies for parcel delivery.
  • The delivery option is automatically displayed in the online checkout, provided all criteria have been met.
  • Please note: For technical reasons, we are unfortunately unable to deliver to PickPost addresses
  • Our service partner will send you more information about your order by e-mail or SMS, as well as the option to manage your shipment.
  • Delivery either by Swiss Post or Planzer Transport AG.

Here’s how it works

  1. Make a purchase online or in-store. Make your dreams a reality and don’t worry about transport. We’ll take care of it for you.
  2. Book a delivery and select your desired delivery date: Buying online? The options available to you will be displayed in the online checkout. Buying in-store? Ask our employees, and they will arrange the delivery for you.
  3. You will be notified when your order is on its way.
  4. For curbside deliveries, you will receive a detailed time window for the following day by text message or e-mail from our service partner on the day prior to the delivery date selected. You can live-track the delivery with this link (except region of Aubonne).
  5. For Curbside and Truck deliveries, you will receive a detailed time slot for your delivery a day prior to the delivery. Addtionally for your Truck deliveries, you will be contacted by our service partner 30 minutes prior to arrival.
  6. The driver will have you sign for the delivery. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery when it is scheduled to arrive. Important: If you have chosen to have your order delivered to your door, it will be left at your letterbox outside the building. You will have to carry it to your home yourself.
  7. Check that all delivery items are correct and in good condition. Any problems? Let our service partner know and/or get in touch with us.

Good to know

  1. You can track a delivery here or via the link in your order confirmation e-mail.
  2. If you book a curbside delivery you will receive a separate link to our live tracking tool.
  3. Combine the IKEA delivery service with the assembly service and/or with the disposal service for an even more convenient experience.
  4. For deliveries by truck, please let us know if there are any important factors to bear in mind, such as access or weight restrictions
  5. Make sure your delivery will fit all doors, hallways, stairwells or lifts in your flat or building.
  6. The exact dimensions of the product packaging can be found under “Measurements and packaging” on the individual product pages.
  7. Potted plants and food/drinks from the Swedish Food Market may only be purchased in-store and cannot be delivered.
  8. Sometimes, seasonal products and special collections unfortunately may not be available for delivery.
