I'm stuck in traffic or delayed and my reservation is almost over. What can I do?

If you are delayed, you can update your booking in the app.

In case of emergency, you can call 'Europcar provided by Allride' +41 44 804 90 33.

Delays are charged at CHF 1.50 per minute.
