What is the minimum ceiling height to mount a PAX?
For wardrobes with hinged/no doors, the ceiling height needs to be at least 1cm higher as the frame. For sliding doors, it is at least 4cm higher.
Type of door and height of frame : Required ceiling height
- hinged door 201cm : 202cm
- hinged door 236 cm : 237cm
- sliding door 201cm : 205cm
- sliding door 236cm : 240cm
- no door 201cm : 202cm
- no door 236cm : 237cm
If you'd like to integrate external lighting, you will need also more space than stated to install it. This depends on the height of the lighting.
