Are the KOMPLEMENT rails and baskets sold separately?

All KOMPLEMENT products can be bought separately, but they may also be included if you buy a pre-planned storage solution. For this type of combination, you need to add the handles.

The rails for KOMPLEMENT baskets are sold separately from the baskets.
