Can I return a mattress after 90 days if I think there are any quality issues?
The 90-day comfort policy is only for trying your mattress, but quality issues are covered by our mattress guarantee and can be checked through a mattress expertise.
If you notice something that looks like a defect (for example sagging, deformation, broken springs or foam, stitching problems), please proceed as following:
