Parking

Access to store parking is available by entrances located on Sterling Lyon Parkway and Kenaston Boulevard. Family and accessible parking is available for our customers. Family parking can be found in the lot next to the entrance. Accessible parking can be found directly across from the store entrance. 

Green parking: Reserved parking spaces near the front entrance for customers driving hybrid or fuel efficient vehicles (cars that use less than 6.5L of gas per 100km).

Electric vehicles (EV)

There are four electric charging stations for customers and co-worker use in section A1 of our parking lot. Enjoy two free hours of electric vehicle charging while shopping at IKEA Winnipeg. Fees apply for additional hours.

Bicycle parking

Located near the front entrance for customers who have traveled to our store via bicycle.

Transit

Travel eco-friendly using Winnipeg Transit. You can reach our store with access via Winnipeg Transit route 677 and 74. Plan a trip with Navigo

Here’s how you do it:

Step 1: Choose ‘Click and collect’ at checkout and you will be able to select an IKEA Store or a nearby Pick-up location, operated by a third-party partner.

Step 2: Wait until you receive the “Ready for pickup” email before heading to the store.

Step 3: Follow the instructions in the email and proceed to your selected store or Pick-up location. Pick-up processes may vary from location to location. Further direction will be communicated upon arrival.

Express return:

Register your return ahead of time to use our Express return lane. Returns are subject to our returns policy and do not guarantee acceptance.

Looking for replacement hardware?

Are you missing bolts, pegs, or other hardware parts to assemble IKEA products? Request free replacement parts online and they will be delivered to your home or business at no cost via Canada Post within 7 business days.

A variety of shopping carts are available throughout the store for your convenience. Standard shopping carts are located at the Market Hall entrance, while flat carts can be found near the As-is area, Checkouts, Exchanges & Returns, and at the entrance to the Self-serve Warehouse. Basket carts are available at the beginning of the Showroom on the upper level, and seated children's shopping carts are available at the main entrance.

Yes. IKEA Winnipeg offers three customer elevators for convenient access between floors. One elevator is located near the main entrance and provides access to the Showroom, while two additional elevators are located beside the stairs near the Market Hall entrance and connect the main floor with the Swedish Restaurant level. An escalator is also available at the main entrance for easy access to the upper level.
