You can shop for it in store – but you don’t have to
Click and collect service is available at your local IKEA store or select pick-up locations.
Here’s how you do it:
Step 1: Choose ‘Click and collect’ at checkout and you will be able to select an IKEA Store or a nearby Pick-up location, operated by a third-party partner.
Step 2: Wait until you receive the “Ready for pickup” email before heading to the store.
Step 3: Follow the instructions in the email and proceed to your selected store or Pick-up location. Pick-up processes may vary from location to location. Further direction will be communicated upon arrival.

Step 1: Park in one of the designated parking spots at the east end of the loading zone in front of the store.
Step 2: Click on the link in your email to check in and let us know you've arrived.
Step 3: Please wait in your vehicle, we will bring your Click and collect order to you.

Talk to an IKEA co-worker in-store or connect with our remote customer meeting point over the phone at 1-866-866-4532 to book your mattress pick-up and align it with a delivery of your new mattress.
Removal services
Donate to repurpose & reuse option
We collect and donate pre-loved mattresses to community members in need through Oyate Tipi Cumini Yape, a local furniture bank who finds new homes for gently used furniture and mattresses. Oyate Tipi cleans and heat-treats the furniture and mattresses for bed bugs and then delivers the items to those in need in our community.
