Here’s how you do it:

Step 1: Choose ‘Click and collect’ at checkout and you will be able to select an IKEA Store or a nearby Pick-up location, operated by a third-party partner.

Step 2: Wait until you receive the “Ready for pickup” email before heading to the store.

Step 3: Follow the instructions in the email and proceed to your selected store or Pick-up location. Pick-up processes may vary from location to location. Further direction will be communicated upon arrival.

Express return:

Register your return ahead of time to use our Express return lane when returning items. Returns are subject to our returns policy and do not guarantee acceptance. 

Looking for replacement hardware?

Are you missing bolts, pegs, or other hardware parts to assemble IKEA products? Request free replacement parts online and they will be delivered to your home or business at no cost via Canada Post within 7 business days.

When facing the front of the store, the entrance to the Click & collect counter is located at the far right-hand side of the building.

The Exchanges & Returns area is located next to the cash lanes. You can also access it through the Exchanges & Returns door, which is beside the exit. Read more about exchanges and returns.

Yes. As-Is products can be returned within 90 days, provided you have the receipt. Please note that the refund will be issued on a gift card only. Read more about As-is.
