Sleeping Styles

Side Sleeper
The best solution to accommodate a side sleeper is a mattress that evenly distributes pressure points along the spine. It’s important for side sleepers to always keep the spine aligned and in a neutral position. We recommend using a higher pillow to keep neck tensions to a minimum.
Fun fact: Most side sleepers tend to snore.

Back Sleeper
Sleeping on your back is the best way to keep the spine naturally aligned as it evenly distributes body weight. We recommended that back sleepers use a firm mattress to support all body pressure points. Using a lower and firm pillow is best as it helps to keep the spine naturally positioned.
Fun fact: Sleeping on your back is the best sleep position.

Stomach Sleeper
Although this is not a highly recommended position, there’s always a solution even for stomach sleepers. If you’re a stomach sleeper, we recommend cushiony support around your neck and the base of your spine. For your mattress choice, we recommend a blend of soft and firm. The softness of the mattress will let your body sink in while the firm blend will also ensure your back is supported.
Fun fact: This is actually the worst position to sleep in but we’re all guilty of it sometimes.
