    Loving it but disappointedSakuraWe bought two mattresses on Thursday and washed the covers today, one is perfectly fine, but the other one’s threads came off. Please kindly advise if I bring the entire open mattress for exchange or just the cover to get a new cover. Thanks.3

    Less than a year and can feel springs poking outVictorPurchased a couple around 8 months ago and double stacked on a daybed. I'm average build, around 160 lbs and noticed that I can now feel all the individual springs around the middle of the bed. Going to give the warranty a try to hopefully exchange. Would not recommend beside occasional use.2
