What is the return policy for products purchased from IKEA As-is section?
If you wish to return an As-is product, you can do so within 90 days and will be refunded on an IKEA refund card.
Products purchased back from customers through the Sell-Back program will be resold in the As-is section of IKEA stores. To return an As-is product, you must bring the item along with your proof of purchase to the returns counter at any IKEA store. If the product was originally delivered, it must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. The terms and conditions as per the IKEA return policy will continue to apply.
