I purchased some bedding a week ago and washed it. At this point can I return them if I am not satisfied?

Yes, within 90 days if you are not completely satisfied, you can return opened products. Please bring the items with your purchase receipt to your local IKEA store for further assistance.

We think everyone should be able to test any product, so we take back opened products within 90 days – even assembled ones as long as it’s in unused and resaleable condition (in IKEA’s sole discretion) with proof of purchase.

Products that are assembled with no evidence of use will be refunded to original method of payment.

Products that have been tested and tried with some traces of use will be refunded on an IKEA refund card.

If a pick-up is being arranged for a return, please be sure to have the returning articles packaged to prevent any damages during return. The return packaging could be the same package that was received during delivery, or can be used with another box or plastic.
