What types of products can be found in the As-Is section at IKEA stores?
You can find a variety of products at a reduced price in the As-Is section. All items are deemed resalable and there is a description tag with product conditions to help you decide. The list of items differs between stores and are available online for reservation.
To access the online As-is online showroom, click here and choose your local IKEA store. Ensure you log into your IKEA account to be able to reserve a product online.
Once you complete the reservation online, you will receive a confirmation email and the item will be held for you until closing the next day. When you arrive at the store, you can pick-up the reserved product at the As-is area and bring it to the cash lanes to finalize your purchase (online payment is not yet available).
Good to know:
- Online reservation cannot be extended and will be cancelled automatically if not picked up within the time frame.
- Products sold in the As-Is section are eligible for the 90 days return policy, and will be refunded on an IKEA refund card.
- Purchasing an item from the As-Is section does not void the warranty, if any.
- Home delivery is available at an extra fee if the delivery capacity allows and can only be arranged in store. When at the store, please ask a store co‑worker to assist you, as delivery services for As-is section items cannot be set up over the phone.
- The customer can leave the store once paid with an item that is fully assembled. If they need to disassemble a product that is already put today to fit into their car or transport home they can ask staff for tools, however they will need to take the item apart themselves
