Why is IKEA charging a service fee for Click & Collect orders?
It is always more cost-effective to shop with IKEA in-store, but the Click & Collect service makes it even easier. The fee covers order picking.
Please note that the service fee is non-refundable and there is no limit to the size or value of a Click & Collect order.
