Why should I choose Click & Collect?
With Click & Collect, you place your order online and then pick up your items at an IKEA store or a designated Pick-up location. This delivery option is ideal if you’re flexible with self‑collection, want to avoid home delivery fees, or if you’d like to pick up your order at your convenience. This may be particularly useful if you are close to an IKEA store or if a secure delivery to your home is not feasible in your area.
Cost considerations: For IKEA Family members, Click & Collect is free with a minimum purchase of $25. For non-IKEA Family members there is a flat rate fee of $5. Check pricing details at checkout for the exact fee.
Timing and scheduling factors: Click & Collect orders from an IKEA store generally have options for same-day collection or collection within a few days of purchase. For Click & Collect orders to a pick-up location, you are expected to collect your order within 7 days. You select a specific collection time slot during checkout.
Item size and type restrictions: Suitable for most order types. Due to storage constraints, some of our products may not be available for Click & Collect and will require Home Delivery. You can find out what options are available for any given product on the Product Page or when checking out.
Location/distance factors: Best if you live near an IKEA store or designated Pick-up location, to check whether a Collection Point is near you, visit ‘Find an IKEA Location’ on the IKEA.ca website. If your delivery address is not served due to stock from warehouses or store limitations, you may be offered a Click & Collect alternative.
Customer effort required: Medium – Your chosen IKEA store or Pick-up location will prepare your order for you. You will be responsible for travelling to the store/collection point and loading your items into your vehicle.
