Why doesn't IKEA offer free delivery?
IKEA strives to keep your shopping experience as affordable as possible, therefore delivery costs are not considered when determining our prices.
While several online retailers offer free delivery to their customers, it's important to remember that IKEA offers online and in-person shopping. Therefore, in order to keep your shopping experience as affordable as possible, IKEA does not take delivery into consideration when determining our product prices. Instead, we offer different types of delivery services at a competitive price.
We also have a Click & Collect service for a very low fee, as well as delivery options to Pick-up location across Canada in cases where you are not close to a IKEA location.
Furthermore, we offer different shipping promotions throughout the year and we recommend signing up to our IKEA Family loyalty program to receive exclusive offers, sneak peeks at new products and ideas to inspire a better everyday life at home.
