Can I return or exchange IKEA products bought abroad?
You can return your product in the IKEA store of your choice, even if you bought it abroad. We will offer you a return in a refund card. To make it easier for us to process your request have your proof of purchase ready.
You have proof of purchase from an IKEA store abroad? If the article is part of our range we will refund on an IKEA refund card to the lowest selling price in the last year.
If you don't have the option to go to an IKEA store, we offer the possibility of returning products by home collection for a fee. Read about our return policy here.
