Can I return my products to any IKEA store?

Yes, you can return your products to a store other than the one of the original purchase. To avoid long waiting times at the store, we encourage you to visit your local store's webpage before heading to the store.

Some stores require you to book an appointment online before going to the store for your returns/exchanges and other stores are accepting returns/exchanges at a reduced capacity. Keep in mind that you have 365 days to return or exchange your new and unopened product with proof of purchase.

We think everyone should be able to test out any product, so we take back opened products within 90 days – even assembled ones as long as it’s in unused and resaleable condition (in IKEA’s sole discretion) with proof of purchase.

Please note, you can cancel your appointment by replying "Cancel" to the confirmation you received by text message.
